Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro

Visiting a hotel during pandemic for a business meeting could be stressful, while we're not sure about the cleanliness of the venue. But staying at Santika Premiere Bintaro Hotel is a great experience. While stepping into the bedroom, you'll see every utility is plastic wrapped to make sure everything is safe to use, including towel, stationery, they even change the glasses to disposable ones. At the meeting room, all the snacks are carefully wrapped and only one person serving everything including the tea/coffee to make sure the hygiene. At lunch and dinner time, all food, drinks, desserts were served by the kitchen team. Great job! Now you can stay at ease.

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days while I had medical check up appointment in the closest hospital. Quite busy during the pandemic. Few weddings on the weekend & some meetings on the working days. The room itself was fine. Decent bed and nice hot shower were what i needed after my long flight from states. Nice view of the area and tasty indonesian breakfast. I arrived early so had to wait for checking in. They upgraded my room though so I really appreciate it. Most of the staffs are friendly & helpful. Yoy can book goldenbird from the hotel to the airport with a cheaper price than travel application.

The covid protocol is very strict here. The room is not too spatial, but comfy enough. The hotel location is very good, easy acces to everywhere.
