Kuda P Stables Bali Horse Riding Experience

I had a wonderful ride through rice fields and an exhilarating gallop along the beach. The horses were obviously well looked after and the stables and facilities were excellent. The owner and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and it was interesting to hear the stories and backgrounds of some of the rescued horses. I rode beautiful grey mare, Crystal, who was an absolute dream. There was an individual guide for each rider and they took amazing photos and videos for us. Would highly recommend!

My daughter and l booked to go horse riding yesterday. We were picked up promptly at 8am and taken to the stables. There were 3 of us riding today of mixed ability. The horses are really well looked after and kept in clean, shady stables. Hard hats are provided and riding experience and weight is taken into consideration when being allocated horses. We were taken by leading rein along country lanes and paddy fields to the beach. Depending on experience, the guides then took off the leading reins and riders were allowed to decide if they wanted to walk, trot or gallop. The guides took photos and videos of us as we rode along the beach. As an experienced rider l attempted a gallop with my guide beside me which was really excellent. The guides are young, friendly and very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend these stables whether you are an experienced rider or an absolute beginner.nnAfter the ride the horses are showered and watered and kept in very clean single stables. With a family of 4, things could go very wrong when preparing for horse riding. However, the friendly individuals accompanying our kids were warm and experienced.nThe horses were well kept and maintained. Clean and well-groomed. Seats were also properly kept.nIf you want to bring young kids, this is a recommended place to go. Well-planned route and given free time with the horses for experienced riders. We absolutely loved it!

Had such a great sunset ride yesterday, the Kuda p stable team was so accommodating and the horses were well looked after and lovely. Had a great ride through some villages and then down to the beach for sunset- we were able to trot and canter across the beach and they even took photos for us. Highly recommend if you have a little experience riding and they lead you if you are not :) thanks guys !

I did quite a bit of research prior to coming to Bali because I’ll only take part in activities that are responsible and animals are treated and taken care of well. This was the only stable I found that took pride in their horse care, unlike the others I saw. Horses and staff were great. The sunset ride was great and fun - it’s a wonderful photo opp.nnNOTE IF YOU DO THIS TOUR: I had a horse that was young (7 years) and you could tell she was a bit stubborn. My guide didn’t really want to let her off the lead when we were riding and as soon as he took the lead off for a bit I could tell why- she bucked a little bit. And she was just stubborn in general. But other people who had older horses were off lead the whole time and trotting on the beach, etc. If you want to be off lead, ask for a little bit more experienced horse. I did not know this when booking the tour but wish I had!
