They have good service from doctors and nurses especially for general patient. This place clean and comfort, but they haven't large parking area for vehicles, so if the parking full, you will park your car outside near the way. Maybe you need to improve your service to Patient who use BPJS card... Thank you.

Very very bad service and bad staff responsibility, I just arrived before security guards when I was bleeding, just looked and asked where I was going, I know this hospital is good but the staff is very very bad !!nBAD BAD !!!nAnd now i still in UGD !!

Hospital service and doctor is fine, the improvement to be made significantly must be done in the cashier. It seems processes are done manually and not efficient, very often i had to wait longer in cashier compare to seeing the doctor and get treatment for my wife. Why insurance payment take very long to get done? I waited all the way (more than 1hrs) until all other patients are no longer in the lobby (went home).nnPlease improve this. Thank you.

I giving birth my two children my two experience was great... excelllent doctor ogyn and peditrician, warm nurse and the most important thing is safe medical procedure thank u puri bunda hopefully can be more improved and be the bestud83dude4fud83dude4f☺ufe0f
