Agriturismo Villa L'Amandola

Our stay at L'Amandola was okay, but overprized. 1. Facilities: 5/10. Gorgeous house with a nice swimming pool in a beautiful surrounding. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, resulting in two bad nights. In this price-category, I find this not done. 2. Location: 10/10: I would recommend the location to everyone. Levanto is ideal to visit the cinque terre whilst have a nice beach and numerous great restaurants in the neighbourhood. 3. Breakfast: 5/10. The breakfast was okay (home-produced jams were nice), but we have had far better at other agriturismos for half the price. Instant coffee as americano is not done. I would expect a better breakfast at these prices. 4. Hospitality: 7/10. Very friendly, helpful hosts, giving very clear and useful information on Levanto and Cinque terre at arrival. The reason that I'm only giving a 7/10 for hospitality is that we were charged €5/glass for tasting 2 glasses of their home-produced wine. In this price-category, it would have suited the hosts to share a glass on the house in our opinion. Our stay at L'Amandola was not a bad experience, but we have had better for much less money. We would thus not recommend it at the moment as it is overpriced. We would recommend to visit Cinque Terre & Levanto, very nice places. Kind regards, Lore & Lenz

What a wonderful place! We had such a good time with amazing wine from the agriturismo and especially with great and caring staff. I can recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a scenic place to spend some time with their beloved ones. I will definitely come back soon!

It was a amazing place and the staff was extraordinary. It is near to the city and the train station, which is perfect if you want to visit cinque terre. But you can also just relax at the pool and the beautiful villa. The host was really welcoming and gave a lot of information. Will come again.

Do not book this place!! There is only one more or less presentable room, all the other rooms resemble a hostel. Horrible smell, shower in the bacement, not worth 160 euro per night that they are charging.
