I put zero stars for a really bad bank management. Bad relationship with customers and with a great rudeness of the director and some employees but above all the person hired as a body guard. it's really a big rude to people who don't have an appointment and just ask for general info. i'm really disappointed but above all every month they demand the fixed fee. you can't really go on. in faith a customer indeed almost an ex ... .
Never available, never answer the phone ... I ask by telephone for an appointment to pay and you propose three weeks of waiting.
Do you realize that the money you use and manage is mine? I even pay almost 11 euros a month to make you use my money ???? You could be more polite..available and proactive instead of barricading yourself behind the sheets of methacrylate listening to the phones ringing without answering !!!!

It is not possible to go to a bank more often than not to find a single counter open with mileage queues and to miss a morning even for a little information for which, if you try by telephone or e-mail, you will never get an answer ... if I try to call they knock me off the phone in the middle of a question and try again later, they don't answer anymore by dropping the call.
There is especially for those who manage this bank.
Absolutely incompetent, especially the branch manager, Mr. Merello. In the practice of my mortgage for first home purchase, they blatantly wronged the appraisal of the house and - for this - they blocked the acceptance of the mortgage (communicating it to me after 62 days of silence !!!) and, as a result of this, I risked losing 70,000 € deposit.
As I made my grievances and threatened to resort to legal channels, the aforementioned Merello replied "Do whatever he wants" after which ... "click", he put the phone down on my face.
Fortunately I found another bank that solved the problem for me in three days.
Obviously I complained at Unicredit Nord Ovest level asking (and getting) an apology and a refund of the costs incurred. What I unfortunately did not get is the dismissal of the person concerned given the unacceptable behavior.
