Avis Autonoleggio - Udine

We rent many cars via car rental webpages. We never had additional charges when we returned the car within office hours. According the car rental webpage we were charged a so called "delivery fee" because we returned the car 2 hours earier than indicated! With AVIS Italy you have either the choice of signing off their additional charges at the rental desk (which they charge for whatever reason) or you lose your money with the car rental webpages, (when stepping back from the rental agreement). I recommend to NOT rent a car with AVIS Italy if you do not want to face dubious charges.

Punctual and efficient

Call to ask for information and a man, perhaps the branch manager, treats you with enough as if you are wasting your time and makes you understand very explicitly that you need to end the call. In fact I closed it and I turned to another car hire in Udine where they were extremely friendly and professional. Such treatments, in 2019 I thought they no longer existed. AVIS Budget never again!

Very convenient for those arriving by train to Udine Station, 5 minutes on foot. Fast service, cordial and extremely helpful officials !!! 5 stars deserved !!!

I had to rent a car booked and locked online with payment at the branch, the agent treated me very badly when I arrived, showing very little desire to work and lend assistance, only after seeing me very angry did he deign to try to work, despite the my card has been accepted online he has invented that it was not valid without telling me why the result of the whole machine that I had booked was not given me a real crap I do not recommend it better to spend a little bit more but to go to trove rather than to these who do not want to work
