I don't understand why after waiting my turn to book a medical service for my 15-day-old son I have to hear you say you come back in the afternoon because there is little staff ... what does it mean that they have the right to decide when I need to go? Extremely rude staff
Hello, I live in ceparana for many and are therefore a regular customer of the same. Yesterday a truly unfortunate event happened: I entered the pharmacy at 12.15 and there were two pharmacists at the counter who were serving; in five minutes the pharmacy is full of people. There are still two pharmacists at the counter serving customers. 12.30 arrive and finally it's my turn but suddenly there is no pharmacist at the counter anymore. Five minutes pass during which the pharmacists can be seen getting dressed and leaving (not only the two who were at the counter but also two others) regardless of the customers; finally a pharmacist deigns to consider us (we poor customers) but is frightened by the flood of people present in the pharmacy and begins to scream saying: I am alone, I cannot serve everyone, as I do at 13 I go out; then she looks at me with spirited eyes and tells me: you have too many recipes, tell me the most urgent medicine you need and for the others it returns. I am amazed and literally Pissed off. I HAD TWENTY MINUTES OF TAIL AND WHEN MY TURN IS, I FEEL THESE THINGS ????? !! # IT WAS 12.35 AND THE DEAR DOCTOR HAD THE TIME TO SERVE ME AND HOWEVER THE PROBLEM SHOULD NOT FALL ON THE CLIENTS. THESE DEAR DOCTORS MAKE THEM COMFORTABLE AND AT THE END WE ALWAYS PAY THE CLIENTS. As far as I am concerned, I will not go to that pharmacy anymore, luckily there are many
