I had to lean on them having to register my car that I transferred to Italy from Germany. Not being in these places, and having many other things to attend to, I wanted to look for an auto practice agency. I found Co.Me.T through Google. Already from the first contacts I made when I was abroad it was a succession of wrong, denied, unverified information. The communications via e-mail are very slow, we had to chase them at each step of the procedure, which in itself lasted much less than the time they had shown us, which was the only positive aspect. I give two stars for all these reasons, and in addition I add that: the lady at the reception should review the way to relate to the customer, show a little more kindness, and that if they are professionals, they should be more skilled on the regulations. At the beginning we were told that we should not do the review again, at the end of everything without too many explanations, also given in a hurried and annoyed way after our umpteenth phone call, magically we had to hurry to do the ministerial review. You don't work like that, I'm sorry.
