Non-existent numbers, impossible information and blocked unemployment because you can't contact anyone because of false information. But what public service is this?!? Two months that I try but nothing !!!!

You are the most disorganized organization in Italy! The number listed above gives me nonexistent when you can find the number if you can make it take hours to talk to incompetent patrons! WAKE UP!

This morning I asked for perhaps stupid information given that I am ignorant in question to a very kind gentleman who distributed the numbers for waiting. And I was verbally assaulted by the working lady of INPS without having looked into her eyes, much less spoken. All now I can't understand his reaction and his aggressive rude intervention towards me. Management should take a look at employee behavior ...
