It seems to be a facility that made water in the Meiji era. It seems amazing in civil engineering! I read what is written in the facility, but honestly I can not understand how amazing civil engineering is for a completely amateur. I felt that there should be an explanation that can be understood by those who have no knowledge. The toilet seems to have been cleaned and dead leaves are blown in, but there is no problem in use. However, it is a shame that the site has unlimited weeds.
