Amazing on how inexpensive and delightful the meal I had was till this day, which just goes to show that simple thing in life can be something truly magnificent. The food did justice to my detour and extra hours of driving of getting to this rustic, down to earth but extremely satisfying food place. Have a look at the patreons visiting this restaurant and you know you're into something that's genuinely loved by many.

A must visit when in Batu Pahat. Famous for kuey chap. I loved the pork belly & pork skin.

Old shop, old taste. The soup is rich with flavor while being not too salty at the same time (I drank them all). You can choose big or small portion but there is no big difference between them (both are small). Among the side dishes, I love tofu most. I hope they can have fresh cooked vegetables too.
