Dataran Banting have changed a lot compared to few years back. There is totally different landscape, by reconstructured the playground. The place now is more friendly towards the OKU, example is special parking for OKU. Hence, the additional skater playground, wall climbing, and graffiti wall. The only cons for all the improvements is, there is lack of trees now. So that, even the 8am you can fell the hot weather from the sun.

Suitable for recreation and jogging. There are also climbing walls but it seems to be idle without use. At night, many also come for jogging and other activities. Enough lighting illuminates the entire square.
