Best place for grocery shopping and eating. Great facilities, and variety of shops available as well.

Very bad service. No trolley at entrance. When ask customer service they direct us to take from car park and bring it up ourselves. What such nonsense. Did not sanitize the trolley also. Very unprofessional. Tesco extra Seberang Jaya very much better. I should give 0 star but it does not allowed me.

For years the escalator has been out of service regularly.. until this November only it is finally repaired! Nevertheless no doubt a variety of products you can buy for your daily life!!

1. One side of escalator isn't working and instead of fixing, they decided to put a mat for people to walk up. Very Inconvenient for old folks or people with some knee problems. 2. Trolleys are now placed at ground floor and you'll need to push up the trolley using the spoiled escalator. Imagine old ppl with walking issues doing that? 3. In the supermarket, they do have the plastic trolleys which you can utilize while you shop BUT ONLY UP TILL THE CHECKOUT COUNTER! After you pay, the security will gladly tell you its not allowed beyond the counter and you can use a box to carry your stuffs!! Even though its heavy they just don't care. Overall, it's a very bad experience. Hope this improves. FYI, the escalator has been in such manner for several months at least! One thing positive - some items on promo are worth to buy.

Limited in selection but has all the basics. Never busy so social distancing is easy.
