I’ve been in a lot of family mart store, seriously this is the worst family mart in terms of customer service. The staff (two girls at the counter; spectacle one and chubby one) are so rude. I experienced 3times of their rudeness. No wonder the rating here is so low and mostly reviews are all about the staff rudeness. Family mart really need to look at this matters.

From my experience, please train your worker properly. They lack of training, even they don't know what the product type and name. Also i buy the cheese is not cook properly at the counter area. This should blame the poor management not the worker. They lack of training because of poor management
