Varieties ok, but non friendly type is owner, staff are not helpful, no information regarding new stock arriving, parking are problematic

Gd shop gd price just a bit too pack n poor arrangement of interior design.

The only reason it’s a 2 star instead of 1 is the pricing. A lot of items & fish are cheaper than most other shops I’ve been to. Other than that, everything was subpar. Treatment was horrible. From the moment we went in, no staff attended or even smiled. Enquired a girl about some confusing price tags, in which she looked at me as if I was speaking Japanese. Went to another guy on duty & told him I wanted 2 aquariums (3ft & 4 ft ones). I’m unsure if it’s just pure laziness or what, he just yelled at his colleague to take over & told us to wait, twice. All in all, my wife & I were planning on getting 2 aquariums & covers, 3 black butterfly kois, 3 silver arowanas, 8 goldfishes, some guppies, a few other fish types, pumps & filters, rocks/wood & decors, pebbles etc. I think around RM1.5k worth of stuff. In the end after standing literally in the middle of the shop for 10 minutes completely ignored, we walked out & went to the shop near Servay penampang. Thanks a lot for the bullcrap experience.
