WORST doctor ever!!! He did a very painful, failed incision and drainage on my finger nail infection when there was no abscess yet. Insufficient local anesthetic was injected. He did not asked me if I felt any sensation before cutting. I yelled out in pain and he had to stop cutting. Never went back for review although I was asked to. Sought the advice of a more reliable and experienced doctor who told me that Dr Kheng's treatment protocol was ALL wrong! First and last time seeing Dr Kheng! I was charged a lot of $$$ for a failed and irrelevant procedure that caused so much pain and did not help at all. And also had to pay more $$$ to consult another doctor thereafter. His qualifications and experiences are questionable.

Had a terrible experience there! The receptionist there are not synchronized with the doctor AT ALL! Had trouble in MC application, where the doctor inside stated that I'm applicable for a two-day leave. But, the assistant only granted one day leave and gave UNREASONABLE excuses such as the clinic is close on Sunday and the doctor himself is not around. Is she implying that people shouldn't get sick during the weekend when the clinic is close? That's totally absurd! Please ensure no such thing will happen in the future. The medication there is ok.
