Beware of this laundry. I sent 4 jeans and one is missing. They claim the picture taken before laundry. Actually it taken after the laundry as the picture looks nice and not messy aa before.

They lost (stole) two pair of shorts (expensive ones!). The same happened to my friend at the same time. The staff was just laughing at us and told us it was our own fault. The manager was very rude and basically told us that we are lying. I would have given 0 stars if it were possible.

The worst laundry experience I've ever had! After picking up the laundry I noticed that one of my most expensive shorts were missing. And not just mine, also my friend's shorts were lost! We went again to The Laundry Shop and they did nothing. The customer service was poor. We talked to the manager and he just said that we were lying about the missing piece of clothes.
