Went to this hotel to relax.....received a huge upgrade of our family room to two huge separate suites. Awesome... there's even a huge hot tub outside in the balcony. This hotel is quite aesthetic and grand, with various paintings, artworks and wooden carvings dotted around the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. When you stay in Rasa Sayang, you can actually access the facilities of Golden Sand's Resort like the wet playground, adventure zone and beach but guests of that hotel can't access this hotel's facilities. This is a bonus for you if you have kids. The breakfast buffet at the hotel has quite a large variety of food and services in contrast to other hotels in Batu Feringghi.

Love this place! Friendly and courteous staff, clean and spacious room and beautiful surrounding. 🌺🌴🌅🌸 The quiet and serene nature by the pool is so peaceful.😊 Definitely recommend to those who are looking for a place to chill and relax. Breakfast is superb too! 😋

Good service and friendly staffs. All the staffs following the pandemic guidelines and very professional. Morning breakfast was nice. The buffet dinner was great with full of seafood served. Delicious! This is a well maintained hotel. Really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay despite the pandemic. The resort was full yet it never felt crowded. The beach is no longer how it was, having suffered serious erosion from overdevelopment and land reclamation all over Penang - now reduced to a narrow strip of sands with large dangerous boulders. Having said that, we didn't miss the beach too much. The resort is green and soothing - we loved it and will come back again. If they could repair the beach to its former glory, that would just be perfect.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Excellent picturesque grounds, well trained staff, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, etc all comes together to truly make our stay an enjoyable one. Can't wait for our return stay
