TMpoint Batu Pahat

Hi TM.. I went to TM Batu Pahat Jalan Rahmat for settle bill.. But very upset start from customer service counter need to wait for number.. what i saw customer inside not many still got empty counter.. At counter the customer service spoke not politely.. Customer service more talk among themselves rather serve us.. I heard what they said gossiping about customer behavior.. its very unprofessional service i saw in TM.. With their attitude of work not check document properly and said we not provide document completely.. Very bad day experience with TM.. Please have monitor Batu Pahat TM Point team.. I don't think only me experienced this just they don't feedback to TM.. Thank you for your action..

Unfortunate way to treat customer.. kinda bad experience.

Due to covid, only 5 people allowed into the shop. A bit slow service due to only 2 counter are open for customer (another two processing forms i guess). Get ready to wait inside before you been handle ticket number just before your number been called (dont understand this why, maybe just wanted to have 0 waiting customer). Counter is friendly. Network system are slow need to improve. Overall, just prepare 20-30minute to finish your work here.
