WORST service ever!! I sent my father for blood test. No one at the reception, waited a min. A few person came out from the back. I told the pharmacist that my father need blood test for.. At the same time, I was trying to hand her my father’s IC. She kept her both hand at back and cut off my speech: “Result need to wait for 3weeks”. It’s ridiculous!!

Come as early as 8am or your will have to wait forever here. Have been calling for three months trying to make appointment for consultation but doctor schedule are always full and until now I haven't got my report. However , Dr Wong Wei Sheng provide very professional explanation and use easy to understand wording while diagnosing.
