Extremely poor service. Did not even try to call, but in the parcel status, label as 'consignee does not answer phone'. Later, receive a text message from a regular phone number saying must collect parcel within three days or return with 'tqvm' at the end. Does not even attempt a second delivery? Probably try to call again if the first call did not go through?( which didn't even call in the first place). So your 'professional' company use shortform, regular phone number and 'threaten' customer to return item when mistake is from your company in the first place? Learn business etiquette and professionalism before even attempt to start a business.

i don't get my parcel but you said its delivered? being responsible pls

Please improve your services . Dont update that the parcel has been delivered . but not receive yet. And please update your current phone number. Thank you. Thats all

Telephone out of service.please update new phone number and put number person in charge for easy contact and trace tracking number.not recommend for courier service.
