The Katerina Hotel

Hotel is clean, and rooms are well maintained. Price is fair. Location is good in the centre of bp town. Parking is bad. Was there when they have an event so all the day guests took all the parkings and illegally parked and blocked the way. There was not a single soul on duty to help with the traffic. We were not able to return to our room to rest because we can't park our car. Maintenance of facility is bad, can see mold stain along the wall of the swimming pool, and black floating rubbish inside the pool. House keeping is bad service , asked for things as simple as room slipper, was told they only provide 1 pair per room ( for a 2 pax room ) , asked to send an extra but never get back to us until we have to go down to reception to sort this out. some staff not following SOP. receptionist had his mask down at the chin all the time.

Too old hotel already. Price is affordable now only

Good ambient hotel with grand theme. No breakfast due to CMO. Some tv channel not available. Plenty of parking available but prepare for a walk if you park at the back.
