Just Hotel Batu Pahat

Bad Condition, bathroom water flood & Low water pressure, and very Bad staff services, only know how to show long face, no smile at all - have to check out for other placed 😭😭😭😭😭

The corridor and room were full of smell of cigarette, the smell is so bad that i needed to wear a mask to sleep, or else i would probably get pneumonia or worse lung cancer after one night of sleep. Don't know why anyone was allowed to smoke in the hotel, is it not against the law. there were stains on the wall, bed sheets, toilet bowl, as if there was no room keeping. How can a hotel operate with such bad hygiene. In the process of lodging a complaint to moh, hope this place lose its operating permit. Plus, there is no soundproofing to the room, could hear people talking, laughing, knocking, vacuuming, bathing in the wee hours. The pillow was so flat that it could give a neck dislocation in one night. There is someone smoking next door, complained to front desk, no action was taken. Disappointed of the quality of the guest and management

The linens may have not been changed. There were clear stains on the bed covers and towels too. My room didn't have any shower gels or shampoos, thank god i brought my own. The iron and its board was put in a secluded scary room, I would've rather paid for an iron to be sent to my room. Would definitely not recommend this place if you care about hygiene.

No hot water. Will not stay here again
