Poor service Service department ,last year I went to check my car wind noise problem,the technician scratching my car paint but they dun admit they’re fault!
And the technical manager test my car like F1,because when after his test my car I can smell the brake burning smell and the bag I put on back seat already fall down to the floor!
Yesterday I go to claim my battery they’re scratching my door leather agains but they dun admit too ,said they’re no have open my car passenger door!
I challenge them to see the cctv but they’re no to answer me!
(I have go another Mercedes Sc before,no suck problem at all)
