Personally a bad experience. 1) Lack of time management Well, an appointment is an appointment because it was scheduled to be on time, otherwise there is no point of having one. Was schedule to have an appointment on 2pm but ended up waiting blindly for thirty minutes. I do think it is a courtesy for the doctor to at least apologize for the delay when I obviously can share my empathy, but def not when it was taken for granted. 2) Inconducive environment It is definitely my first time having consultation right next to the waiting area. I mean so far my past consultation experience is at the very minimal being held in a room. 3) Unprofessional attitude. The remarkable reviews here is seemingly inconsistent with my personal experience tho. Was given a questionnaire on ie.: sleeping posture etc. which i didn't tick on any. Frankly speaking I wouldn't have notice it when it turns habitual. That's well im seeking for the professional advice from your end. "Since you didn't tick at any of this seems to be like you don't foresee yourself being problematic in any of the following aspect. Then prolly you have no problem eventho i think you hav." I'm paying for consultation to get advise and suggestion, not sarcasm. 4) Overrated pricing The braces pricing for is far overrated, to the extend surpassing KL rate. So if you happen to be from batu pahat but working in KL area, think twice. There are far way more outlet there in PJ providing the same service with more competitive rate. In overall, it is a bad experience for me in Family Care Dental Batu Pahat. which for sure there is no next time.

I started my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Chen this year. Dr Chen and their team are very professional. The facility and service they are provided are excellent and they are the best dental clinic that I ever visited. They always listened and answered to my question patiently. Satisfied with their service. Looking forward to having neat teeth and beautiful smile after the treatment is completed.

They provided excellent services and professional advices. I have extracted my wisdom teeth by Dr.Chen. I always enjoy my scaling and polishing teeth treatment in family care as it was always comfortable and clean. The environment is good and dentist is excellent especially Dr Chen, my braces doctor. She listened to my problem patiently and carried out the dental procedure professionally. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful too. Great experience in here.

I have start my orthodontic treatment with Dr Ng 1 years ago. Dr Ng and all the nurses here are professional and friendly. They always provided excellent services and professional advices for me. They are patient to listen and answer my quentions.Very satisfied with their service and have a great experience in here. 👍👍👍
