Convenient Not suitable for family Book thru oyo got cheaper price Small space

Just okay for last minute booking and cheaper price than others. I booked for premium suite room for RM38, normal price RM166. Supposed to get the room on first floor but had to change to ground floor as the door cannot be locked. The ground floor room was quite small brather than upper one, have 2 toilets, no water heater because it was broken, no shower pipes. The cleanliness also was just okay. There's mosquitoes in room too 😅. So for me, it's reasonable as I got cheap price but hope OYO can upgrade a little bit more. Even I got cheaper price, doesn't mean I must get bad service. Thanks. 😊

The price very reasonable, the room excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful especially Fuad.I'm looking foward another trip to Batu Pahat and my choice is Hazris Hotel.One remark is that hope Hazris Hotel will fix the door lock and for my next trip, I will get down floor"s room because I have back slip...

Aircond not even working plus we didnt provided the remote at all. Stain at bedsheet.. so many dirty spot . The soap looks like reuse n recycle. Not recommended to all.. ew ew ew
