To be honest.. Very comfy and clean!! Gated and secure.. Air condition, water heater, washing machine and Astro.

Near town. Wifi and pc available. Sufficient parking spot. The toilet are a bit small.

Clean and simple design. Very comfortable. Very safe and secure because of the automatic gate. There are washing machine but need to share with other units. But each unit has their own penyangkut baju which is very convenient. Very wide parking lots. We parked 3 cars without any problems. The only drawback is lack of garbage. All is fine. Thank you!

Excellent homestay, located along the way from ayer hitam exit north south highway and batu pahat town. Super clean, check in process was smooth and the owner is very friendly. Every unit have three bedroom with two bedrooms having aircond unit. The kitchen is complete, the cutlery is excellent for your cooking. The bedroom is exceptionally bid enough to fit for two person. Towels and bath soap are provided. Aircond unit function very well. Bathroom is super clean. Having two separate toilets and bathroom was a good idea as it will be very convenient during rush hour. No catering or restaurant available at this homestay. You can either self cook or you can have a short drive to all kind of restaurant nearby, tomyam or mamak or even lepaking bistro is just 5 minutes drive. The units have satellite tv and free WiFi. Basically, excellent stay... Enjoy...
