Very poor management.. Got worm in room. Bedsheet hv mny hole n not clean. Hv two towels 1 southern hospital towel n kurnia insuren towel. When i was ask with frontdesk officer she told that was hotel's towel. How come that can be hotel towel?? Poor service..

Still undergoing major renovation. Better than last visit. Still no hot water shower. Once complete maybe there will be hot shower.

Pros:
1. Friendly staffs.
2. The toilet is very clean.
3. TV is in good condition.
4. Good air-con.
Cons:
1. There is no cleaning/room service throughout my stay.
2. Staff made a mistake and did not record down that I have paid my deposit.
3. The floor is very oily.
4. The WiFi signal is very weak as there is only one router in the whole floor. There is no signal in the room if your room is located very far away from the router which is located outside the staircase.
