The staff here is fantastic. The soundproofing on the windows, however, is abysmal. There is a nightclub nearby that blasts bass into the room until 4am, so try to get a room on the southwest side facing the courtyard. You'll still get a lot of noise coming into your room from the nearby throughfare, but at least it won't be 70 decibels too loud. This hotel has a ton of potential, a good location, an excellent spa, and a pretty great breakfast spread. If they'd soundproof those rooms, this would be five stars.
